The film saw exceptional occupancy in theatres, with the Telugu 3D version hitting 88.94% and Hindi 3D version recording 68.30%—highlighting the film’s nationwide appeal.

Story and Production Highlights

Directed by Ashwin Kumar, the film retells the story of Lord Narasimha, the half-man, half-lion avatar of Lord Vishnu who defeats the demon king Hiranyakashipu to protect his devout follower, Prahlada. Produced by Kleem Productions in collaboration with Hombale Films, Mahavatar Narsimha is the first of a 10-part animated series based on the Dashavatara—the ten incarnations of Lord Vishnu.
